some guy just "YES NO BLAH BLAH BLAH!! !" right into the empty air

now we ignore them

meaning

if you walk around outside, and just raaant out into the air, nobody would notice!

No, it still looks insane.

I always unconsciously give these people odd looks, even though I know that they're talking on handsfree.

So no, it doesn't mean that talking to yourself out loud is normal now.

one time my brother was out walking, a guy bicycled past him, w a wireless phone, and the second he flew past, he went "NO!!"
and totally freaked my brother out
