Everyone likes their breafast different, some just like some cereal, some go over the top.

So what is your most favorite breakfast?

Mine is the typical eggs, bacon, and toast.

I can't choose, so in no particular order:

- fruit cups
- rice cakes
- smoothie
- cherry tomatoes

And I used to adore low fat grilled cheese sandwiches, but I think I'm over it now.

Whole-grain pepperoni pizza. Leftover, so that it's not messy when I carry a slice to wherever I'm headed.

Hmmmmm... favorite: waffles or crepes with strawberries and whipped cream. Or waffles with cream cheese and berry yogurt! (That one is easier to make at home.)

Plus sausage dipped in syrup!

I love omelets, favorite omelet has bacon, ham, onions, bell peppers, and cheese. I also like french toast with strawberries/blueberries and syrup. And I like cereals like Cocoa Pebbles, Cookie Crisp, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and Frosted Mini-Wheats with fresh cut up strawberries/blueberries/bananas.

By far my favorite thing for breakfast is an omelet with fried taters and pancakes with fruit and syrup.

Soft-boiled egg on toast with marmalade, and a glass of fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice.

Either: the full english, ( without toast tho' 'cos excluding gluten ) : fried or scrambled eggs, lots of crispy bacon, beans in tomato sauce, mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, hash browns, real sausage, or:
fruit, fruit, fruit; preferably melon, cherries, real strawberries, sweet ripe peaches and nectarines.

But most days I don't eat one; I have a big beaker of apple or grape juice and water, or herb-tea, ( favourite is nettle ), followed within an hour or two by coffee and a cigarette. :)

I'm more likely to eat soft-boiled egg, or cornflakes, ( with fresh banana slices, almond flakes and raisins ), and "smoothies", for tea/supper. But I get the pizza thing; when I used to eat gluten I loved left-over pizza in the morning, and christmas cake, and curry that's even better for having "sat" overnight. :D

PS. When I used to eat gluten I also loved the german breakfast; dark rye bread and grey bread with slices of cheese and ham, fresh tomato, cream cheese over a layer of yeast extract, smoked liver paté etc. mmmm!
