"From the Ebro to the Danube"(ie 'the whole length of Europe') is the title of the song. The language (I believe) is Gypsy. The band is "the Barcelona Gypsy Klezmer Band".

This one is in... an odd hybrid of Spanish and English.

If it were pure English the title would be "Lets go dancing".

If it were pure Spanish it would just one word:"Bailamos".

But it's "Vamos [lets go] Al Dancing [ to the dancing]".
