I'm studiyng Norwegian. I have not understood well how to pronunce:

Jeg, deg, meg, er.

Hearing those words pronunced by random norwegian people, i have heard those worsd pronunced in two ways

Jei, Dei, Mei and Er
Or
Jai, Dai, Mai and Ar

I pronunce them like in second lines. There is a correct way to promunce them, or it depends from where norwegian speakers come from?

(Even in Italy words are pronunced in different ways from north to sud)

I believe it has to do with accents depending on where you are from. There's several words
which are pronounced differently even though the spelling is the same, and this is depending on
which part of the country the person is from.
I am Swedish but I have had friends coming from different parts of Norway, so hopefully it helped a little :]
