Hola,

Geom

No, because 'adonde' implies motion toward a goal. If I had asked, 'where are you going?' then yes, I would use adonde.

But i asked where are you going to be, implying location, not movement to a destination. So, in that case, 'Donde' is the correct choice.

correctamente!

Adonde vas, me voy A la casa.

i wouldnt move to spain, as my dad says "its a wonderfully country for a vacation, but a crap country to live in". he grew up there, but then again, he grew up during franco, in a poor neighborhood, and is notoriously jinxed w bad luck - and NOW he lives in norway, the *cough* #2 (damn you iceland!) human development index etc etc country in the world

i knew most of the "me caguenla ... " combinations by the time i learned to walk :D

Yeah, I don't think I would live there w/out family, but my husband's family is fabulous. I always told him I would never divorce him because I love his family too much. We do live in the US, but are thinking of retiring to Spain in a few years.
My dream is to have my own castle there. Nice to have dreams....:)

ngonz? Me rentas una habitación del castillo?
jajaja

yeah, my parents did divorce when i was little, but every now and then, maybe no more than once a year, but still, my grandmother calls my mother, and my mother remembers all the spanish instantly. they got a very strong sense of kinship, and i open up way more easily with them, than with my norwegian family

i think that its the intimacy, theyre not afraid of it. norwegians talk a lot about togetherness and stuff, but its always VERY formal
