i get "hit on" all the time and i often end up hitting them (i know a bit extreme but i REALLY don't like speaking to people or being spoken to by new people). anyways i am a married lesbian (we married in canada, and japan is ok with gay marrige if you do it elsewhere [but as we currently live in the UK we are only considered "civil partners" {homophobic rectum faces!! :x :x }])

That might be to do with the role of the church in the UK.
