14 and 3 months.

It was totally normal for girls in my family, but it was 2 1/2 years later than my best friend's. I felt like the last little girl in my class. :)

I was a late bloomer. Although, I guess I have a good excuse. I was going through severe stress and PTSD during my teenage years. I started my first period at age 17.

I had my first period at either 13 or 14, and it happened while eating at a Mexican restaurant.

I was 12, and I was at Disney World. Magic Kingdom has black magic too I think, lol. The worst part was that was the first day of vacation and I had to have my pad-filled fanny pack checked at all of the other parks.

mine was later than most here. mid way through high school i think

i haven't cared enough to actually take note of how old.

i know mum was relieved when i told her, she was worried about how late, apparently she was a young one and she had started to worry there was something wrong with me

I was 17, I still remember the date- Jan 3rd, it would have been 2004.
Then I didn't get my next period for several months

edit: I just read through this and several other people seemed to have started as late, always thought I was really unusual.

I think I was twelve when I first started having them. I stopped having them for good at 24 when I was "spayed".

I was 12. I was so proud of myself. I felt a little less weird because I "joined the club".
