I did a search on Twitter using the terms Aspergers and women, and found a few new people to follow, including a blogger who wrote this great post:

To keep things organized, I'll create a new list specific to Aspergers folks I'm following on Twitter. You should be able to access that list and follow them, too. With Facebook I have a business / fan page, so I can't friend anyone. You're welcome to "Like" my page, and that way I can have access to yours and browse your updates, if you allow public access.

I'm in my 30s and have a mainly-autism blog... I can't put in a link to it because I'm a noob, but if you google 'Letters from Aspergia', that's me.

There's a lot of poetry and odd stuff up the top right now, because I've moved a few bits and pieces worth keeping over from another blog I've shut down. So at the moment it looks like a bit of a random assortment of stuff, but it's usually autism-centric. :)
