Do you like having your hair down?
last year i liked to tie a ponytail near the top of my head, but slightly to my left. my hair was very thick there (and i guess it still is) and the ponytail made it look less thick to me.
of course i got strange looks because i did this at school. i called it my "palm tree".

Always up.
Can't stand the feel of hair around my face or tickling my neck. I used to use metal-free bands and a handful of bobby pins before I discovered the joy and freedom of hairsticks The bobby pins would always slide out , even the industrial-strength ones. Once at the coffee shop I used to work at, I had an empty coffee pot on the counter and I heard a metallic tinkle. Sure 'nough, one of my pins had slid out right into the coffee pot Had it had coffee in it, I'd never have heard it! And we wore hair nets too, but of course a bobby pin will go right through that.
Plus having POTS gives me issues with my heart racing when I have my hands above my head for long, so I've watched tutorials on youtube for quick and easy up-do's using hairsticks and I have one that I've perfected that I can do in about 4 seconds.
My hair is past the bottom of my bum. I don't like showing it off - it's not a religious thing but I just feel that my long hair is private and something only my future husband should see

I can't stand having my hair in my face. I usually have it tied back in a ponytail, and on days when I just want to leave it down I still wear a hairband to push my hair back out of my face. I wouldn't mind getting it cut short, as my curly hair is hard to maintain as it knots all the time, but I also like my long hair. At this point it reaches about halfway down my back, when I straighten it. Which is also a hassle. My mom says that my hair would be fine if I put product in it but I absolutely abhor the feel of it.
