you know, it's not exactly hard to work out the hypothesis you've got that you're trying to prove. I would urge you to remember that there is, at least anecdotally, a very high incidence of rape and abuse of autistic women, and that you have not attempted to determine it's incidence among straight women for comparison, that your sample size is small and hardly typical of the population as a whole, etc etc etc

I know I'm coming off as very humorless, but I don't actually care. I just hate the combination of offensive viewpoints and using unscientific methods to prove them.

By the way, the connection between sexual abuse causing homosexuality is bullshitty at best.

yep unfortunately so. Don't know when or if I'll ever be ready to talk about it as long as I don't lose whats important to me thats all that matters right now.

Im sure that most people here would interpretate your question as of lack of understanding of lesbianism and becoming out of prejudice or simply just ignorance, it seems to me, that you might believe that lesbianism could be the cause of a bad experience which would turn women into that, as I said it can be interpreted as just lack of knowledge and lack of understanding about the subject, but also can be interpreted as trolling, as it was asked what was the intention, because of the nature of the question.

Yeah, when there's an iffy sex question, I check the profile of the person who posted it. The fact this was posted by a male in the Women's Discussion just cinched it for me.

And here's the kicker--there's a much higher incidence of sexual abuse of male aspies compared to the regular population as well. This doesn't seem to imply any skewing of their sexual orientation. But when it's women...well, we all know that somehow we need fixed whether we're aspie or not.

I'd really like for certain people to understand we're human beings. With all the stuff that makes up human. Yup.

This thread is crap if you ask me, Lesbians and gay men aren't made, they're born.

If something horrible happened to any of them, it might make them hate men and change their attitude, but they are what they are. If anyone has a serious problem with this thread, please PM me.

Eh, only once* but that was after I declared my undying love to my friend (also a girl) so it doesn't have any effect on that. I think it is a very biased question though. I could ask the same of straight women and there would be yes and no. So it is a bit wrong to ask that. Even if the straight women were you can't be like "Ok abuse makes you straight" Which is what I assume you will do if you get a lot of yes for this questions, except with gay people.

2: What led you to assume the right to ask such personal questions to lesbian women regarding sexual abuse?

They're generally the type of guys that even straight women don't find attractive.
