I would. Not because I want bigger ones but because the skin on the bottom of them touches my skin below them now. I hate it. When I was younger they didn't touch at all. I don't know if I can go the rest of my life like this. When you get hot it sweats and it is such a gross feeling. If you wear a cotton bra the material gets wet. I would think about getting a reduction but they pretty much mutilate you and I don't think I could do that. I don't care if they have to put hydraulics in there I want them to not touch the skin underneath. This is a sensory issue that bothers me alot, because it feels so unhygenic, when the weather is warm I don't feel clean because of this.

I very much wanted to when I was 20 because I kept being mistaken for a boy - I am tall with broad shoulders and masculine build. I wouldn't now - I couldn't justify the vanity to myself, even though I HATE having to wear mens clothes or spend lots of money for things that fit. A good sports bra is a thing to try if it's a sensory issue.

I'm not sure. I used to want implants very badly, because I was a late bloomer and convinced I was going to be flat-chested. In college, I filled out some, and when I stopped modeling and gained some needed weight I filled out more. My husband says he likes them the way they are. Although you can't tell unless you're looking for it, my right is slightly smaller than my left, so I might get them evened out someday, but I'm pretty sure I don't want to be bigger than I am (I'm a C).

I would get a mastoplasty if I could, probably would not have implants though just a lift and removal of all the extra skin.

Alana, if you're only concerned about the skin touching underneath (which I agree is really unpleasant when it's hot out), you might look into a breast lift instead of implants. Also, I don't know where you've heard such bad things about breast reduction but mine went really well and so did the three others that people I know had done. The surgeon did a lift as well for mine and I'm so glad he did because I used to dread the hot weather for the very reason you mentioned, and now it's gone completely.

Alana, every boob should have its own cup. Change cup size to bigger.
And if your boobs are falling, change band size to smaller.
I changed 34DD to 30J two years ago and I don't remember I have boobs or I wear a bra. And I don't want to reduce, it's all ok.
