Hi there JV,
I just registered not because I have autism or know anyone with it, but I was just diagnosed with PCOS (PolyCystic Ovary Syndrome) and my test results came back with high testosterone levels. I was searching the internet for answers of what this means and found this site. Please go to your doctor and get checked for PCOS. The missed/irregular periods, possible acne and have a hard time losing weight could all be PCOS. You need to get on a Low GI diet asap and start eating organic foods as well as no fat, no cholesterol and no sugar. I hope that this helps you out! :D

I got my blood checked out for hormonal imbalances some time ago, when trying to figure out what the bejesus is wrong with my system. Most women scored about 2-8 in the testosterone test, whereas I scored a whopping 28. :/

I get my period once every 3-6 months, and not for very long. Low, usually slightly monotone voice. I have a lot of muscle mass retained from my waterpolo days, especially in the shoulders, arms, pectorals and legs. My stomach and ass are annoyingly flabby though. :( My shoulders have a fairly wide span, slightly wider than my hips, but I also have a rather large bust. It's like I can't decide which gender to be at any one time. I also get mistaken for a guy almost all the time, and get called a pseudo-man jokingly by a lot the people close to me.

Just looking now, I do indeed have some extreme male digit ratio action happening here too.

And at 23 I'm still totally a tomboy :D
