I don't have a problem with the way my breasts look because it looks natural to me. Women in my family are always large-busted and we have natural hourglass figures to balance it out. I've been in a C-cup since high school when I weighed 120 pounds. Now, I'm a 36DD. The only real problem is that it's difficult to buy blouses and dresses that fit properly, since the average women's bust size is going down. All these women running around with tiny breasts look pre-pubescent to me. I can't even imagine them nursing a baby with those tiny things. (That's what they're for, by the way. If a person is more than 24 months old, I'd just as soon they keep their mouths away from mine. It doesn't do a thing for me and is kind of annoying, to be honest.)
The only other problem is that it does cause me some back pain. I have a vertebra between my shoulder blades that is constantly being pulled out of alignment and it causes severe headaches. Because of this, I would be tempted to look into reduction surgery, but it's typically considered to be cosmetic and therefor not covered by most insurance carriers unless you can get a physician to prescribe it and that's not always easy.
Oh, and guys? Yes, a woman will sag a bit in places as she ages, but so will you, so don't rush to be so condescending about it, hmm? Regardless of your current weight or build, one day you, too, will have saggy breasts; just ask your dads.
That's why I want bigger boobs, to make sure people know I'm an adult and not a little girl. I'm baby-faced too so that doesn't help. But not so big that they cause back pain. D:
Saggy man boobs. *shudder*
