Me too. I have a Lunette and a Diva Cup and I love them both.

I wear pads, always have had. I don't think I will get on with tampons.

I think I used to do that awhile when I was a teen. :) My flows were a bit heavier back then though and lasted for 7 days. Now that I'm older I only get my period for 3 or 4 days and they're usually light for the last 2 days.
Lucky. My flow is pretty heavy and lasts the whole week, six days at the minimum.

Pads. Not okay with something being in my hoo-ha all day.

Haha. I agree.

I used to wear tampons as a teenager, but I really don't bother with them anymore unless I need to. Having a dry, scratchy ball of bleached, pesticide-ridden cotton shoved into my part isn't very desirable to me.

But pads can be annoying as they do tend to leak more in my experience.

You need an "other" options. I voted tampons but I mostly use reusable cups. I thought they're quite popular now, but maybe it's just because I'm in a hippie part of Canada. Nearly every store sell Divacup. Although the ones I use are from France. They come in pretty colors and I prefer that over the clear ones made locally.

You'll find that as you get older your period will "probably" get shorter. Mine was long at 18 years old still. :) I didn't even first start getting my period until I was 15 and then I didn't get it for another 9 months until I was 16 and that's when I got it every month.

Hmm, yeah I'm not sure. I remember in school we learned that when most women get older their periods get shorter so it could still happen to you. I know it doesn't happen to everybody but it still might happen to you.

Tampons as I hate pads. They leak a lot for me, even the ones with wings. I generally have a 3-4 day period quite heavy for a day to nearly nothing at the end!

Tampons during the day, pads at night. Pads tend to chafe my thighs, so that's why I only wear them at night.

like it was stated before, it is kinda gross but it's something we have to deal with. the only way we can stop "the flow" is to have internal female parts removed which means we wouldn't be able to have children of our own if we ever find the right man and want them. if you ever want to find a woman and have her understand you, you have to understand her "monthly cycle" because it is out of her hands.

I use a tampon and pantyliner at the same time.

just think ladies, the next thing we have to look forward to is menopause but if we are lucky after fighting that for a little while our "flow" stops. my mom started menopause when she was 39 and i think it's been atleast 5 years since she has to worry about pads. might have been more like 10 years. in my mom's fight with menopause she has had hot flashes and cold flashes at the same time before. she has been fighting menopause already for 16 years.

I still have at least 30 more years to go. My mother is 50 and she still hasn't started menopause yet.

Tampons. I dislike the idea of sitting in my own menstrual blood. :P
