There are some people in this world who frequently like to tell others they should be more compassionate but don't practice what they preach. Very annoying indeed.

Just the title of the thread made me think this screams MRA LOL! But thats not the case I am pretty sure there are tons of women who cant stand other women because they are mean to eachother and attack innocent women via psycological warfare because they are jealous or intimidated. I also noticed it seems aspie women seem to get along better with male friends at times because theres less of that its more like hey wanna go play some video games and grab a burger? Meh why not? And its all good.

Isn't it most of some age groups that are in a drinking, partying, and sex phase? I've never seen it as exclusive to women, rather a point in someone's life where there are suddenly fewer restrictions and moderation is only a word.

The best part of growing up has been finding that womens' tastes have expanded to include openly loving Doctor Who, science, Disney movies, animals, raunchy humor, and more. I think the only hangup I have with women is that they're much more likely to... ah... give me sugar-coated BS when trying to be supportive? I have the good fortune of knowing level-headed, practical women who can honestly engage unpleasant emotions and situations, but it commonly puts me off of strangers and acquaintances online and off.

Haha I admit that I typically don't care much for my own gender, UNLESS they fit my interests. by interests I typically mean gaming and anime. *laughs* by this token I've normally gotten along better with males, because as you said, there is less focus on the psychological aspects of socialization and more on "lets go do something we enjoy, like playing a game together or watching an episode or dozen of anime". :p

I had alot of bad experiences growing up regarding females and my inability to fit in with them. Plus trying to deal with the mass of them typically exhausts me. But that can happen with anyone when they try to socialize with me outside my comfort zones.

Cant go wrong with anime and video games other people might be as*holes and stupid and hate you for liking it but what can I say they are stupid and as*holes! :D. Sometimes guys can be as*holes too though had a guy randomly talking s**t about how he hates anime and the fandom on my channel on youtube and comparing me to the likes of chris chan...little did he know I troll back and I got him to shut up. Talk smack on my fandom, hobby and comfort zone for no reason or out of ignorance your gonna get trolled! But yeah women can be mean Im not sure why some get thrills on bullying others for being different or for not conforming to their stereotypes of wanting to watch sex and the city and chick flix and going shopping for millions of different pairs of shoes and listening music like Katie Perry and Lady Gaga etc! :eew: I wish there werent so many mean women its sometimes hard to tell the nice ones from the mean ones. The mean ones can be disguised as nice ones. Like L says there are many different monsters who live in this world!

So true. x3 I really shouldn't hide my interest x3 though my sisters were often ashamed to be associated with me back when I was in grade school, because back then I wasn't particularly subtle with where my hobbies lie. *laughs* But it's not like I was popular to begin with, what more did I have to lose? *shrugs* But realized that being open and not ashamed got me in trouble as an adult. I still tend to be really blunt though, and that alone still gets me in trouble, but I've cut back a little. I was already kind of the silent type unless confronted to begin with, but now even more so sadly, since not a ton of people share my interests, especially since I live in a foreign country now. I know anime/gamers exist here, but the language barrier just makes it hard. Eventually I'll overcome that though. x3 Fortunately Denmark has their own anime conventions, and I've gone to one of them already, though when they do announcements in danish, I usually need my husband to translate for me ^^; kind of ruins it a little though. :< since my attention isn't solely on the performances.

I reckon the "women" you hang out with are really girls? They aren't mature yet. Wait until they're 30 and most of them will turn out perfectly fine. Many of us think back about our teenage years and feel a bit ashamed of who we were then. :) It's a tough age.

Some very dear people in my life are women, so I don't hate women, but I don't fit in amongst women. That said, I don't really fit in amongst any particular demographic all that well. Keep an open mind, because although you may feel that you don't relate to stereotypes of womanhood, it's important to look beyond superficial factors such as gender, sexuality, etc, and see the person.
