Thank you. So far I've been honest with myself and divorced carbs. It is hard, especially since my neighbour has decided to bake bread every.single.day for a while now ! ! :(

Oh, I can empathize with that one. I've been following the Paleo diet for a while now and my upstairs neighbor is always baking stuff or cooking pasta dishes. She doesn't seem to understand that I'm doing the diet to manage health issues and keeps offering me food that I know will make every joint in my body hurt. Resistance will make us stronger, HisMom! :)
