i'm definitely on the "high functioning" side of the spectrum and don't have as many difficulties fitting in with neurotypical society as more severely autistic people do. most of my social difficulties come from the stresses of compensation.

it's fine to want to be aware of how you fit with other female autists but there is no need to focus too much on what is/what isn't important to say because you're not an autism specialist and no one who is assessing you will expect you to be. it's their job to decipher your symptoms into a comprehensible diagnosis, not yours :)
