Yeah...but I grew up in a crazy cat family...so I will only have as many cats as I am able to care for responsibly.

I look forward to becoming a crazy old cat lady. I hope to have other animals too, though.

LOL. I have similar sentiments myself. Whenever I wonder whether I should put more effort into dating and relationships with men, I can just sit down and watch an episode of Everyone Loves Raymond or A&E's Cold Case Files to remind that living with a man is an awful, awful way to end up. I'd rather end up being seen as crazy by my nieghbors, yet happy, then "respectable" and sucked dry by some parasite called a "boyfriend" or "husband."

I have had up to six cats once, but not for long. I currently have 4, with one that's elderly. After my last one, I have sworn not to get anymore cats, simply because I hate not having time to spend with each of them and I worry about being able to afford to care for them properly as I get older. By the time my youngest is eldery I'll be almost 50.

Iwant to be a crazy old cat lady and my sons say I would be a great one but, alas, I am severly allergic. I have tried but I can't breathe around them which is a problem. I have dogs instead, but they aren't the same   :(
