My interests haven't changed much over the years. When I was younger I was totally obsessed with barbie collecting, but I got out of that when I started high school. My main interests are:

Reading, mostly supernatural themed novels, some sword/sorcery type fantasy. Though I do enjoy the classics too, Jane Austen and the like. Some english histories too.

Anime
Playing computer games
Cross stitching
I love cats, especially my 2 little furballs ^_^
Animals
Drawing computer graphics
And writing.

Uuuuuh...

Well, for all years: art is the main one.

But also:

elementary school:
bugs and frogs, looking for 4-leaf clovers, stealing stuff, scary stories

middle school:
anime/manga, horror books, anatomy (human), FOREST ADVENTURES

High school:
...just art. XD;

college:
anatomy, environmentalism, religion, (not me being religious, but learning about religion and atheism, and how it related to evolution, because that relates to anatomy.. and because the videos about it on youtube are sooo funny) sci-fi, FOREST ADVENTURES (lol)

now: anatomy, sculpting (so still just art I guess) animation, zombies, science and physics... AND FOREST ADVENTURES (yes this just means going and running around in the forest. XD;; like camping and stuff. WANNA STAY THERE FOREVER.)

I've been obsessed with medical things since I was four years old, still am, it's my field of work. I'm also obsessed with foreign languages and so far have learned Spanish and Romanian, in addition to English (I want to know 5 languages well in my lifetime). Other obsessions: weather/meteorology, forensic science, philosophy, writing, reading (used to read the dictionary when I was a kid...got a lot of teasing over that one), cats, the olympics (when I was a kid mostly), barbie collecting (when I was a kid, now I collect porcelain dolls).

Mine are dolls, computers, art, and cats. The ones I have had most of my life are the art and doll interests. I also love researching psychology and the criminal mind. I find sometimes I will find something interesting and start researching it obsessively for a while. That is how I found out about Asperger's and realized that I could possibly have it.

All through my life I have developed obsessive interests in particular people (not movie stars or anything, just regular people I meet whom I become obsessed with).

In adulthood I have been obsessed with religion and sex (what a combination.... haha).

Also obsessed with numbers, natural science, art, and nutrition.

I totally forgot about anime and manga. I know I am a little old for it but I love it. Not only do I own manga novels but I have a lot of "how to draw manga" books and art books like Japanese Comickers, JC 2. A lot of my artistic inspiration comes from this special interest.

Overarching ones:
-Underdogs and outsiders - both real life people and groups and characters in stories.
-Cats
-Geekery (cartoons, comics, anime, sci-fi/fantasy, video games, etc.)
-Teaching myself any and all forms of art I run across

Short-lived ones (by age) - as in, I knew these things backwards and forwards while I was into them and pretty much would only talk about them:
Disney (?-5)
Greek Mythology (5-13)
Sonic the Hedgehog (5-7)
Sailor Moon (8 )
Animorphs (8-11)
Animal rights (10-12)
The South Park movie (12-13)
Invader Zim (13-17)
Sgt. Frog (18-20)

Present ones
Disability rights (20-present)
A Song of Ice and Fire (21-present)

I've also been obsessed with various roleplaying worlds my friends and I have made up through various points in my life, and had encyclopedic knowledge of the stuff we made up over periods of years, but that's harder to give a time frame for.

Misconstrue- do you just read about it or do you enjoy practicing said "stalking"?

There are quite a few similarities amongst us all, I see! Psychology and art for example- look how many of us are into it. It is mentioned in a list I saw of female Apergian traits.

Pokemon has been a recurring one since the age of 7, I'm currently back on it again :P Who says that video games are just for boys?

Reading about drugs and watching documents about it is another obsession, mental disorders is a milder obsession. I've also have had fleeting but intense obsessions with collecting pamphlets, collecting rocks, Ancient Egypt, China, and the colour orange (and dislike of the colour pink)
