Yes some people get off on hearing the opposite sex go to the bathroom, or even the same sex. If you think that's the case when you are in the bathroom then just flush the damn toilet while you are peeing and kind of sit up a little off the seat and hold your clothes out of the way so the water doesn't splash up on you.

Why does everything have to be such a huge deal? Why are we now to the point where we might need an actual act of freakin congress to figure out when and where people can go take a leak?

I think we ought to just all stay out of it and just let those who are having such a f*****g problem worrying about who is in there pissing near them hold it until they literally bust.

That'll show 'em. And yes, I'm serious.

If you don't want to make clear distinctions between sexes, then you may as well make unisex bathrooms that include disabled facilities.

I'm pretty sure there'd be a lot of unhappy people with this though.

Well I figured the bathroom sign was for gender...makes more sense since as far as sex goes some people aren't even born with a specific one, and it also addresses the issue of transgender. If we make restrooms for specific sexes then non specific restrooms also must be available for anyone who lacks a proper sex or whos gender does not match their birth sex.
