I don't mind make-up but just can't be bothered to wear it. Besides, I'm not sure if I can apply it correctly.

I can't stand it either, but if I go out I sometimes wear lipstick. I can't imagine putting on a full face of makeup each day 8O.

I do like nail and toenail polish though, but I've been too lazy lately to apply it. I also am getting increasingly phobic of chemicals. :?

I don't own any, don't wear any, think it is the most ridiculous invention ever.

I have asked many women in my life - "What are you "making up" for?"

I HATE make up. I hate the smell, the feel and (obviously accidental) the taste!

If I wear eye shadow or liner, I rub it off by accident!

I used to wear it...but it always felt odd...like I was wearing a mask. I hated Mascara. Lipstick was gross.

I don't wear it at all anymore unless I"m going for a job interview. I figure I am who I am. I feel so much more natural. If I'm feeling really playful, maybe some eyeliner.

I like putting it on when I can get creative with it--- doing it goth style, or like that. But it has to be the non-greasy formulas, since I hate the feeling of oily skin ( my skin is oily enough due to my heritage). But even then, I only wear make-up once every 1-2 weeks. At home, work or outdoors normally I do not wear it, except perhaps a touch of lipstick ( my BF likes my lips red). I do not have endless amounts of time in my life to fuss over things like make-up. My BF says I'm pretty normally, and I feel I am as well.

I used to like makeup when I was 6 or 8 but by the time I was old enough to wear it I didn't like it any more. I think I was afraid I wouldn't like the natural look if I covered it up (plus it's a hassle and doesn't feel right).

I used to really wonder why women wore makeup, though I could see they did enjoy it. Then I saw the makeover in My Big Fat Greek Wedding and was really impressed. I think it helps women feel friendlier and more social to make up.

I'm kind of lucky in that my colouring is really strong and there isn't really much makeup would do for me except even out skin tone. And I can do that by eating better.

I don't like the feel, or the smell of make-up. I also don't see much of a point, in painting my face, either. It baffles me that most women still need to paint their faces, to "Look attractive" and if a woman doesn't want to do the work, than they're not really grown-up, or normal. I was never into make-up and I never will be into make-up. I don't like the feel, or the smell, and I don't have the patience to apply it.

i have a fixation on eyeshadows/eyeliners. and i will wear lip gloss.
but all other makeups bother me because of the texture - the thickness of a concealer or the pure terror of trying to put on mascara keeps me away from it.

i've been told i'm pretty without it.
so, i usually, like most of you, go without, unless it's for a large formal event.

This struck me as a strange question to answer, because up until I was 18, I never wore make-up, as I thought (at the time) it made me look like a tramp. Then my mom (in her many attempts to help me develop self-confidence and social skills) sent me to a modeling class. Now mind you, I wasn't 'model' material, but I learned two things from that class: 1. To always look directly into the camera when your picture is taken and 2., how to put on makeup. I wear a lot of makeup these days, particularly eyeliner. I use a lot of foundation, too, mainly because my skin is yellow and blotchy without it - making me look like I'm dead.

only a little bronzer, concealer under the eyes and a little eyeliner. Cannot stand foundation. feels like my face is choking and i start to sweat from it. I have found its hard to cover a series of translucent layers of skin with one opaque layer without it looking fake.

I will only use a lot of make-up if I am having a picture taken, in which I use the works, because l know that in an hour or two, I can wash it all off again! :)

To me make-up is just a big waste of time. The only make-up I wear is foundation and that's all. If I'm going some place very fancy like a wedding I wear lipstick but that's the most make-up I can stand.
