I am a definate born nerd through and through. I am also somewhat use to the term "hot" being applied to me. So, I am a nerd and I am sexy. However, a man (or other woman) who appreciates both will undoubtedly be a nerd as well. You have been warned!! :P

I'm a nerd, and I don't think of myself as ugly. A 42-year-old crazy cat lady who likes Roger Bannister is a bit nerdy.

I guesss as nice glasses have come in and trouser suits you can do it but i always feel i don't look good and hate people looking at me. I don't like make up and mirrors but have sometimes worn some- if i'm in a show i let the make up person do it to their satisfaction but i'm still wary of hairdresser s doing extra stuff.

I think my nerdiness comes as a surprise later in my friendships and relationships.
my bf said i was a "hot nerd, his favorite, but i wish you were a hot, mute, native nerd."

I certainly hope so. Otherwise I'm doomed to a life of solitude.

Nerds and geeks can be attractive and having glasses tends to make a person look more intelligent for some reason.

I'm attracted to nerdy girls or creative or both. Any individuality I like. Not put on, stuff they can't help being.

That right about being different types of intelligence. What is a major turn off is dizziness or deliberately acting dumb and having no curiosity.

Weird thing that I can't imagine. My gran is an intelligent woman. But my granddad is a narcissist and his second wife is nice but not too clued up, bit dippy. I'm told it is because he doesn't really like someone who answers back to him or makes him look stupid. He is a major know-it all. He has to have the last word. Well that is before he went gaga in old age, apparently he is alright now.

But I can't think why I would want to marry someone I could talk to on the same level. Why is it that the only girls that were remotely interested in me recently, one of them was psychotic and the other one was emotionally half her age?

yes its true a girl can be smart and attractive. thats me alright. it seems being dumb or"blonde" doesnt really cut it except for as*holes who do like that kind of thing. to me i can be really intelligent, charming, funny, and attractive. anyone can be as long as they believe they can.

I agree.

I'm a lesbian, and I find nerdiness way HOT! :D

Do you think its because intelligent people tend to enjoy reading and read a lot from an early age. Therefore, they ruin their eyesight and have to get glasses?
