Me too! :3 Sometimes my sister and and I have a "fashion shoot" too.

I do that on my own! :D

I had a lady remark the other day how lovely she found my new outfit. Ahhh! As in, I'm in love with my clothes, not the lady!

Special occasions I will make an effort but really hate the feel of make up on my face. It feel like it gets into all my pores and is most unnatural. My husband says natural is a far more beautiful look.

I am a nearly-40-year-old professional and need to dress nicely for work. I buy my nice work clothes from used clothing stores as they are well-worn/washed so the itchiness and stiffness are gone - and when I'm lucky they are pre-hemmed for my short stature. I have found a small set of acceptable, professional, nice clothing. I make an effort to chose colors rather than sticking to blacks, whites, and greys. The main thing here though is habit - when my white button up finally has a hole that some one notices, I have to get a new-to-me white button-up.

When going out for fancy dinners or the symphony, a once or twice a year type of event, I enjoy wearing a new dress. It does take a while to select something both appealing and comfortable. I sometimes have to do this in more than one outing as dress shopping becomes quickly overwhelming for me. I have learned that this is ok and I end up with a better dress this way.

I do read about "the latest fashion trends" but only apply the ones I am comfortable with. Right now, its' hunter green. I can do hunter green.

As far as make-up, I've had the same make-up and hair routine for several years. It just doesn't change. I found the set of 7-items that I like and do the same make-up every time I either go to work out on a fancy outing. I learned what looks best on me just as I have learned all non-natural-to-me-things, Google. I found a hair style and make-up routine that's easy, and viola, I don't think about it anymore.

i use to not like girly things until i started to grow up and now when there's say an occassion i love to put makeup on and clothes..i LOVE to shop even when it gets a little overwhelming i still love it. i love shopping for new clothes ecspecially to the fact i live three different places...mom's house, dad's house and boarding school. i'm always needed new clothes so i don't have to pack so much all the time..three woredrobes sound a little crazy but with the rules at school not being able to wear certain clothes.... you'll catch my drift :D

I forgot to mention about clothes in this (it was a while back.) I'm generally well-dressed but quite modest. I go out a lot and like to dress appropriately enough for each occasion. The modest thing is always a factor, though and I don't think it's entirely because of my weight because I did it when I was slim. I just like to flatter my figure and I get cold easily. Even in a nightclub though, I'll be more modestly dressed than most of the girls there (some of whom are fatter than me.) It's not so modest that I stand out because of it, but if people look at me it's because of my dancing rather than my flesh.

I'm not saying this like I'm proud of it, or anything. If anything, I admire women who look comfortable in revealing clothes.

My make-up is mostly limited to eye makeup, which I only wear when I'm socialising - I don't bother for work, travel or family engagements. I'll wear blush and lipstick only if I'm going clubbing, but sometimes I don't bother with them.

I have medical problems with my ankles and feet so I can't wear high heels at all.

I wear jewellery most of the time, but it's nearly all silver or glass and the occasional plastic novelty item. I don't own bling. I don't wear lots of jewellery at the same time - it's usually just one ring and a pair of earrings, or a necklace and a ring.

I don't like make up much anymore because it smudges and I don't have a steady enough hand to do eyeliner well.
I do enjoy dressing up though, I'm usually too lazy but when I'm in the mood I love to go all out and wear bright colours and skirts and things. I don't have much fashion sense so I end up looking like Venelope from Wrekit Ralf.

I would wear makeup and would dress up if I could, but I am stuck in a hopelessly male body. I don't crossdress / present as female at all because when I have, I looked like a man in drag. This is even though I've been on female hormones for five years now.

I hate being a guy so much. I'll get back to crying now.

Usually I don't wear make up, but on special occasions or when I think it's necessary I put on mascara. I have light hair, so sometimes I need more expression in the face. Like when going out, singing in a concert/being on stage, or when having an important meeting. Maybe when I have a job in which it seems to me necessary to 'impress' people more than usual, I will do it (almost) every day, who knows.
I sometimes enjoy dressing up/make up, but when the party/meeting is over, I put it off soon! ;)

I hate fashions and like to wear the same comfortable fabrics on a routine basis, so I don't dress up in day-to-day life. However, I really enjoy dressing up in formalwear - long dresses with boleros or shrugs. I also like to apply makeup on such occasions because I like the way it accentuates my features, though I insist on applying it myself in front of a mirror - I need to be in control and watch the transformation so I don't get any surprises. The only kinds of makeup that I have serious sensory difficulties with are lipstick and eyeliner, which I categorically will not wear at any time.

Make up and dressing up in a sexy manner is just a tool for me to play with my partners (guys and girls) libido. I find is powerful but that's it for me.

I love it!! But only in special occasions, like going to the theater or to a friends' birthday. In daily life I just wear confortable clothes, and I hate to look attractive walking on the streets  people look at me, that's awful. Don't get it why other girls' liked to be stared at, guys even sometimes say rude and impropriate things, awful again.

I do at times.
I have an eating disorder so if it is a "fat day" i don't want to look at myself and wont dress up, but if I look in the mirror and is pleased, dressing up is fun!

I can take it or leave it depending on the day.
Some days I just can`t be bothered, other days I`m in a girly mood. My make up is always neutral earthy tones.

I like to dress up, but I don't like to take a long time getting ready. My makeup routine is the same every morning except I might change the color of eyeshadow or wear lipstick when going out or add bronzer. I also like my clothes to be at least somewhat comfortable which sometimes causes me to dress a bit younger for my age (although I have started to find things I like that make me look older). I like heels but because they hurt my feet I tend not to wear them as often as I would like. Another thing is I don't really do my nails myself (since it's usually a mess) so I don't have painted nails often.

On special occasions, yes, but in day to day life, no.
I sometimes buy dressy clothes, intending to dress nicer, but they always end up sitting in my closet with the tags still on them. I absolutely hate clothes that are restrictive in any way. If, for some reason I wear clothes that are tight around the shoulders, or keep me from being able to lift my arms, it annoys me and puts me in a bad mood until I can take them off.
