set one up!

Otherwise might be worth looking for a group in scotland? - the national autisitc society has a database for example, tho they dont have everything on there. Certainly there are mixed (male&female) groups in a lot of places - tho the only other women's only group i could find when i was researching it was in london (and according to their website its not running at the moment). Hope you find something useful :)

bump!
We have a meeting on Wednesday (15th) this is what the plan is if anyone's interested:

6.30 – 6.40 Arrive, tea/coffee, chat etc.
6.40 - 7.40 Baking (either chocolate mini cakes or slimming chocolate cake – ingredients provided).
7.40 – 8.10 Option 1: discussion – aspergers and the workplace
Option 2: watching DVDs – futurama or x-files
8.10 – 8.30 Discuss how the meeting went, make plans for next time (please bring any ideas for things you want the group to do – eg activities, discussion topics, trips etc).

The building is on the ground floor and accessible. There will be a quiet room if anyone wants space alone, and also board games and a computer room if you want to sit out of activities.
