Does it bother you when housemate/live in partner takes off for the day without clearly letting you know in advance?

Ever bother you when people you live with tell you at literally the last second they're heading off for the day?

*story edited out- feel uncomfortable sharing it*

It's nice to know clearly when people are in the house. I'd ask for him to clearly say when he's got plans so that if you've made plans that they don't clash but that's what I'd do and it may not work for you.

Although, it's nice to have a quiet house to study in. Now, paying attention to what you wrote on your signature, studying may be a good idea if you can?

I don't know. Maybe I should just start doing the same and see if he's as ok with it. Then I could just bat my eyelashes and ask sweetly if it's an NT thing

You're right LostAlien, I should be studying! I just find it hard when I'm upset/thrown so I needed to vent for a bit. I've gone away and done a bit of revision and that's actually helped.

I'm weird- I prefer revising when there are people around... quietness just makes the time go too quickly, but I'll definitely keep on trying (you're the first person to take me up on the sig btw, Thanks)

Yeah, I think he will make an effort to tell me next time. He's usually quite good at stuff like this, so that's why it was so out of the blue.

I've removed the story- I always feel bad writing about people close to me & I got cold feet- but thank you for your response :)

Thanks to everyone who did the polls too!

I have to say, it actually doesn't bug me.... I'm pretty laid back about that kind of thing

Then again, I'm happy when they leave >.>;;; finally personal space haha (although I like to know at least a roundabout estimated time they'll be gone... but not too necessary... can deal without it)

Now if it was my boyfriend (sorry read your post before went to sleep, was just too tired to post a response), and I wanted to do something... then yeah, I might be upset... but otherwise, if its roommates, or if I was busy, doesn't bug me at all
