Jumping right in - I volunteer at a public library; currently my duty is to pull titles that haven't circulated since the '90's in the fiction area, and for the past couple of days I'm noticing that I'm looking specifically for sex scenes, either subtly or blatantly written! I gotta say this ladies, it would be nice to have decent sex more than once a year!

Anne Rice wrote a series of erotic books called The Claiming of Sleeping Beauty. I haven't actually read them (yet ), but I heard of them when I was into her Vampire Chronicles series and did research on her other works.

When I was a (screwed-up) kid I remember reading some of Piers Anthony's adult books, particularly one called Firefly that had some crazy sex scenes in it!

I remember when I was in high school, finding a book my Dad had in his top drawer that was pretty perverse. I write my own romantic/erotic stuff if I feel the need.

I have always liked reading romance, but for most of my life was incredibly put off by sex scenes, which really limited what I could enjoy. Then when I hit 40, I suddenly started to love 'em and a whole world of books opened up. If you feel like going into what sort of genres, you like, I could probably give some good recommendations.

(Has nothing to do without not getting any decent sex, btw. )

Honestly it isn't difficult to get laid if that's what you really want.
