I'm curious about this because I know that my own haircut and style is basically determined by sensory and executive function issues. So, what do you do with your hair, and why?

Long and loose. It is easy and feminine.

Wash, throw gunk in it, leave it until it's crap. time to cut it, actually.
i like it really short. the bangs bother my dry skin.

Shoulder length and loose. Short ponytail or poly bindings for playing sport.

Used to be ass length, but it was too annoying to take care of.

I have 3 hairdos:
- Spock
- Mathilda (from Leon the Professional) - I have it now
- Emily Strange
what means "black hair with fringe".

I wash it and brush. I don't have patience to style it and use many stuff.

Like Mick Avory did in 1964.

I've never felt female to begin with, and I like the Mid 60s.

My hair is long (past my shoulders by a few inches). I very rarely do anything with it other than brush it and trim my bangs when I need to. If I'm feeling particularly touchy due to sensory issues, I'll pull it back in a ponytail or bun, but that's pretty rare. I guess it's somewhat determined by sensory issues, as the biggest reason I never get my hair cut is because I hate the feeling of nails (which my main hair cut person has) and/or those blasted tubs (which the other one I tried uses). Still, I'd probably keep it long anyway; I think my hair looks better long.

I like mine long. I usually don't have time and energy to style it well.

My hair is a few inches past my shoulders. I just brush it and wash it. It's so thick that it breaks hair clips and hair bands get stuck in it, so there's not much I can do with it.

I would like to have a long bob or pixie cut, but shorter hair looks bad with my face shape.

My hair is the feature that saves me from being labelled a troll. I have been blessed with shampoo commercial hair. It's waist length, silky, shiney and lots and lots of it. I have complete strangers stop me in the street to ask me how I get it like that. I braid it and curl it, put it up or down, all sorts of styles depending on how I'm feeling. I love the look of it down and loose but sometimes can't bear the feel of it on my neck, so up it goes.

I keep my hair cut short. It's easier to take care of. When you have long hair, it's hard to brush and you get all these knots and to keep it neat. Even conditioner didn't seem to work. Now I wear it up in a pony tail when I work because it's getting long. I need to have it cut again soon. But I still get hair in m face so I am going to start using barrets again since my headband won't stay put.

I keep it fairly long. It's in long layers, but I don't style it or really do anything with it, mainly because I don't really think about it. I'll occasionally tie it back in a ponytail if the wind is blowing it around or wind it up in a chignon if the mood strikes me (about once or twice a year), but that's about the limit of my creativity with it.

I have a chin-length bob with a fringe. It has to be long enough for me to tuck behind my ears to keep it away from my face when I'm eating. Even though it's not long enough really to get in the way when I'm eating, I can't stand having it loose then.

I wash it every day, in the bath or shower, and usually blow it dry but don't really style it. I sometimes use a brush when I'm drying it, but that's the only time I brush it.

The back is shaved to the scalp and the front is about chin length, with purple and magenta stripes. It's naturally curly, so I just put some gunk in it, scrunch it with my fingers and back comb the base a little to give it some volume. Less than 5 minutes...

I used to have dreads down past my waist but had to cut them because of work. I am still trying to figure out what to do after having dreads for 10 years. The curly thing is a problem because I hate frizzy hair AND I hate having to spend more than 5 minutes on it. Liking the weirdness of the long in front/shaved in back.

Currently it's shoulder length with bangs.
