A group of bloggers on feminism compiled some of the search terms that led people to their blogs. The results are not pretty.

This sounds hateful and ignorant.

1) Fantasy is not reality. Many people partake in sexual fantasies that they know are unethical or impossible in real life. There are women with rape fantasies, but they don't necessarily approve of rape or want to be raped (even in a roleplay scenario) and are not a danger to themselves or any such nasty insinuation that their fantasies could potentially be twisted into.

2) Much of this just looks to be BDSM, which any respectable practitioner stresses as consensual or "risk-aware" and which many women enjoy as well. It's not everyone's cup of tea, but it's nothing to be terrified of or angry about. Crass terms, but who uses tact with search engines?

3) For the "Buffy blowjob" one and similar, please consider the oceans of slash fanfiction and fanart created by women. Welcome to the Internet, where both genders unleash their inner pervert.

4) Whatever this blog may imply, you don't need to fear that any man you encounter has a stash of kiddie porn.

5)

Quote:
In case anyone was in any way unclear about what lurks in men’s minds and psyches, or what their precious Nigels think about and hope other men are really doing to women and children (and animals, inanimate objects and even other men) so they can find it online and w*k to it…we present the proof, in the men’s own words.

Got something against homosexuals?

6) I don't even know. Dear God.

Where were these men from, the State penitentiary?

Or am I detecting just a slight aroma of Freshly-Picked Cherries?

What I wonder is how do they know these searches were done by men? They don't. They are just assuming.

Why is this even allowed? This is blatant sexism, suggesting that all men are scum with no morals. This kind of "feminism" needs to stop now.

I used to read a lot of slash/yaoi fanfic and some of that stuff gets pretty perverted and much of that is written/read by women.

One of the categories was castration. Would men really be into that?

starkid is just a troll

The only stuff that really bothers me is the child porn searches. Stuff like 'wrestling porn' I just find funny. I hope the ones looking for rape porn are only thinking about a fantasy, though.

I can't list them because this isn't the adult section but looking through that list I can see many that could have been typed by woman and/or for nonperverted reasons.

Also these can be taken out of context. I once did a search for the term "swollen purple ****" (female parts, starts with t) because I was trying to find a page with home remedies for yeast infections and I could remember a story on the site about a person using and having a bad reaction to gentian violet so I used that term to find the page because I knew it was on there.

I also could use all kinds of twisted terms looking up fanfics.

All seeing and no touching and these things happen.

By the way, does this really belong in “Women’s Discussion”?

This is ridiculous. This is a parade of "look how bad men are" which is just as sexist as anything I've ever heard. Not to mention a good percentage of those searches were about men doing things to other men, and very assumptive labeling of "torture". This just gives feminism a bad name.

It would be more accurate to title that list "weird s**t humans look for ..."

I myself have searched for all manner of sick things, out of curiosity, but almost none were sexual.
