I'm 46 and already a horrific mess as it is, so I'm really afraid of what will happen when the Big M hits me.
Will I get horrific hot flashes that feel like I've jumped into molten lava? Will I get terrible migraines? Will I literally murder people in public because they weren't wearing their mask properly? Will I start sounding like Darth Vader??

Puberty took a huge toll on my mental health, so when the Big M comes for me like the grim reaper I'll probably be locked up in the hospital for the rest of my life. Might as well, since I'm going to kill myself anyway after the American re-election.

Perimenopause has it's ups and downs, to be sure, not unlike the teenage years.
But the mood-swings are easier to understand and overcome, with age and wisdom.

Ha ha, as if I could claim such

Never mind me...

I can't give you any advice or experience on the women's issues, but would just like to observe this: be thankful you're not in the US but in its more peaceful northern neighbour. I'm halfway across the world too, so it doesn't affect me but troubled about my online friends there!
