Good for you for embracing your inner style! I find that not many people really do that, but I do find that a lot of people on the spectrum to like to create their own signature look.
As for my own, it's always been described as "artsy" by many people. I like cardigans, sweaters, skirts/tights, and skinny jeans...and I go through periods of really specific colors. For a few of years I used to dress very grungy: lots of black and grey with faded jeans and a few striped shirts mixed in. Recently, I've gone towards a more fun, polished look with colors like rose pink, teal, and bright blue. I've also gone more feminine, with lots of lace, bows, and skirts. Love stuff that is tight fitting and emphasises my narrow waist.

Given a “tentative” diagnosis as a child as I needed services at school for what was later correctly discovered to be a major anxiety disorder.
This misdiagnosis caused me significant stress, which lessened upon finding out the truth about myself from my current and past long-term therapists - that I am an anxious and highly sensitive person but do not have an autism spectrum disorder.
My diagnoses - social anxiety disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
I’m no longer involved with the ASD world.
