I'm doing an experiment about how aspie women feel and respond to certain things and hoping to see if there's any kind of concensus.

In any case, I would appreciate it if you could watch these short clips and give me your thoughts/feelings about them. Don't worry, it's nothing gory/scary/etc.

Um - what the hell?

I like cartoons normally, but I can't stand that crap.

If you want responses from women who actually *watch* or *like* whatever the heck this is, then you need to put it in the title.

Yeah, you're going to have to pick something a lot better than MLP.

i clicked on the first link only. Not big into that cartoon series at all.
and in the clip, i focused on the jewels in the cart and in the "dogs?" pockets.
the whining was annoying, but the colors were pretty.

For the 1st video, I was watching the diamonds sparkle in the background, and I laughed when Rarity started crying.
For the 2nd video, I noticed that the words in the song that Pinkie Pie was singing were going along with the action of the other ponies.
For the 3rd and 4th video, I was excited for Equestria Girls.

I read the responses to the OP, realised the clips were going to be My Little Pony and chose not to watch them.

I love how some of the responses were "Eww - that show is for kids and I'm a big girl that does big girl things!". Just seems like an overreaction. I mean, mature people don't tend to be so damn defensive over an opinion on a kids show. Uually it'll just be "sorry - I don't watch that stuff", not "OMFG!! ! GET THAT KIDS STUFF OUTTA MY FACE! YOU'RE TEARING ME APART, LISA!! !!". I just think that's kinda funny.

My reaction? I don't really care. I did watch MLP (mostly because a few of my favorite animators were working on it) and it sort of grew on me to the point where I wasn't even ironically enjoying anymore - just enjoying it for it's own sake. It's certainly not a groundbreaking show, but considering its origin it's actually quite impressive. How exactly do you make those insufferable my little ponies enjoyable to anyone? i distinctly remember hating MLP and the ones who did like it didn't even watch the show or movies.

Re: bolded part.
Hardly. I openly stated I like kids cartoons. But I do not like crap like that.
Give me Tom and Jerry or Ice Age any day of the week - taste is personal and has nothing to do with that.

One can edit one's original post - including the title - for a reason. I was simply confused about why you would not put it in the title, no matter what show it was. It is kind of common sense.

Being horse obsessed and not quite having grown up yet, despite being an adult, I love MLP !

Don't really have time to watch it though. I do find bronies a bit odd though

While I am definitely a fan of cartoons, having an interest in anime for a while, my little pony is definitely not something I would ever consider watching.
