Identify with? I am a big Star Trek fan and have been watching Voyager if you have seen it there is a character called 7 of 9. She was previously a Borg drone but became a member of the Voyager crew and is very methodical and is all about efficiency and rules, doesn't really "get" lots of humor etc. and I thought perhaps she acts like what many women with Asperger's is like. However, while that got me to want to make this topic, I thought it would be interesting to see if there is anyone else the aspie ladies here identify with especially since not all have seen Voyager or know who 7 of 9 is.

Deborah Morgan, of the series "Dexter". She is the sister of Dexter Morgan. Deborah is highly empathetic, emotionally sensitive, yet she takes crap from no one. She is verbally impulsive, takes everything very seriously, and it is no-holds-barred, when expressing herself, no matter what she is feeling. She is enthusiastic and becomes childlike in her enthusiasm, quite often. She has been vulnerable to people, especially men, who have duped and used her in the past, as she does not pick up on feigned expressions, emotions in others. She takes everything literally, is a black and white, analytical, logical/critical thinker with an intense desire for solving crimes and the skills to match. She has no superficial friendships, very few friends, and she is deeply connected to family and a few of her work associates whom she considers her friends.

Anya from Buffy the vampire slayer.

Ex vengeance demon, known for saying exactly what she thinks. Doesn't always understand why she shouldn't say exactly what is on her mind, or why people get hurt or offended by what she says.

Yep, that's me.

Carol & Michonne on The Walking Dead are 2 of my favs. They both just "Get 'er Done" no matter how bad things get. They usually have to accomplish things on their own.

I love Amy Farrah Fowler on "Big Bang Theory", she's said and done some things before that reminded me of myself. I love her! My ex husband had said years ago (when the show first came out), that I had some Sheldon tendencies, but since she's pretty much a female Sheldon, I am really not shocked! My mum has called me Sheldon before where I've tried to explain something, she just goes "Okay Sheldon".

People generally think I'm really funny, I am quite sarcastic and witty, and make people laugh even when I'm not trying to, but at the same time I can be very shy in uncertain/new situations.

I don't identify with many female characters because the characters I identify with are usually male.
But there are some female characters I identify with.
I somewhat identify with Éowyn from "The Lord Of The Rings" and with Luna Lovegood from "Harry Potter".
