For the past few months, my PMS symptoms have gotten worse. Instead of being a little cranky and cramping like crazy, I have nausea, headaches, and even worse mood swings now.

I also noticed that there's more brown blood than I usually have.

I was curious to know if any of you have dealt with the same thing. Am I just changing due to my age? Do you think I should see a gynecologist if this persists?

Could be ovarian cysts, which are common and usually resolve on their own. A couple of years ago, I had cysts and not only were my periods whack and almost a living hell for ~3 months, they also were causing me trouble throughout the month. I'd recommend starting to track your symptoms now and if you're concerned then I'd suggest scheduling and appointment with your gynecologist.
