I suspect I have PMDD.
I get bad anxiety during PMS and these weird and random depressive episodes.

I have pmdd, it really takes a toll on me. Antidepressants can help alleviate symptoms.

I get pretty depressed right before/when I'm on my period. I can get super panic-y/anxious/overwhelmed when I ovulate. When I cut out all soy, I stopped getting painful middleschmerz and have calmed down a bit. Diet can seriously effect the hormones.

There are safe alternatives to pharmaceuticals you can add to your life that can lower hormone level like Evening Primrose Oil. Also avoiding endocrine disruptors such as soy, BPA, and a lot of household chemicals can drastically reduce hormone changes.
