Are there any birth control pills without hormal side effect

I'm a autistic woman in her 30s who hates PMS. I would like to know what pills are out there (I live in Canada) that can help with PMS without bad hormonal side effects.

Might be better to ask from a doctor, especially since just because some other woman doesn't get any side effects it doesn't mean you wouldn't. Same the other way around of course; something that's not harmful to you could be so to others.

Please let me know if any such miraculous thing exists as I have tried and have had to abandon any form, due to nasty side effects(my body cannot tolerate any), so I would have to rely on a male contraceptive for any potential future partner.
