Think about it, it's the deliberate exploitation of female bodies. They're non-human female bodies, but still female bodies are being taken captive and exploited for their life-producing ability; it's basically the Handmaid's Tale but with animals. Can you consciously consume eggs and milk and still be called a feminist?? 8O

by that definition, doing anything is the deliberate exploitation of anything.

i don't think about the exploitation of trees and minerals when i draw on paper with graphite.

do you think about the exploitation of impoverished little indonesian and bengali boys and girls in factories when you buy your clothes?

i know this is a joke but i wanted to put that out there anyway

I don’t think people have “exploitation” on their minds when they want to survive......

I do. (well, I don't draw, but when I write something, especially when I know it's just temporary. Or when I read a lousy book and know it'll go into the recycling bin. And it's near impossible to sell books, I've tried, so that's where it goes. Flea markets or similar? Nope, I'm not into human charity. If anyone wants my stuff they can freaking pay for it! I'm not loaded! A place where people can dump usable stuff and get a small sum for it should be a government task.)
Paper can apparently only be recycled 6 times before the fibers fall apart.

well,, it's effed anyway, so there's that...

Eggs and dairy products are only sexist if only people of a certain gender were allowed to eat them.

It's OK. Their male counterpart were killed and eaten since the only thing they could produce was their meat. I don't think this is a sexist issue. Of course feel free to make any choices you feel is right.

I don't know about sexist, but it is kind of creepy. And it's weird that it's always cow milk, and any other animal (or human) is just unthinkable. But nobody says anything if you decide not to breastfeed your children.

Also, unfertilized chicken embryos? Eww.

...or, at least, they are usually unfertilized =/

I haven't seen that, but I have seen Mad Max: Fury Road a few times.
