Yes, I guess so, but that doesn't tell the medical term. I mean, if you saw it, you would think I was running down the hall, having a strong pee the whole way. No smell, no colour.
Thank you!

No itch, no colour, no pain. Always, on waking, the feeling of a heavy, full bladder.
When I stand, bladder empties fast. Note: no muscular action in that area.

A nurse told me (I think?) that my 'rubber tire' across my stomach presses down
on my bladder, squeezing liquid (not urine) onto floor.

Depends? oh yeah. $80 worth per month. And then my rubber tire bloated so hugely
that the diaper cut my skin. On the top of the left thigh. This made blood and pain but
only because of the bloating.

I pardon you and thank you!

I should add that the nurse gave me the cure:

2 Tylenol Arthritis
&
2 Motrimax

all 4 together, every 12 hours.

I can't reach her and don't know why that works.
It worked the first time!
I'm thinking out loud here - bloating? Motrin? Tylenol?
Very serious bloating - 4" extra all around stomach.

You know what else - both have aspirin and I'm still
taking subscription aspirin from a long time ago and
we tried (a couple of years ago) to stop taking it but
neither the pharmacist nor the doctor could tell me
which pill it is.

Also I have a trigger finger on my wedding ring finger.
Symbolism? Never married but my neighbour asked me
to marry him a few months ago. I said, "Why?" and he
said, "Survivor's Benefit."

So why don't I just take the pills and be happy?
Because they cause depression unto suicidal thinking.
Almost called suicide hotline yesterday, but took pills instead
These are otc pills, not prescription.

Do they have Urgent Care where you are? Or, perhaps better, the emergency room?

You should have this looked at.

You shouldn’t have this much bloating.

We have the largest & most famous clutter of hospitals, recently linked together. We call it The Glen. They are teaching hospitals, which are hell. I tried a small non-teaching hospital when I had a seizure and they were great, but they kept me 3 days and then told me I haven't been looking after my diabetes (spoken in severe tones).

But really, to present myself at Emergency on a hot Saturday night?

Thanks for the push - I'll call 811, which will connect me to a nurse, who will know what to do, I guess

ok, i called 811. that's the number iin canada where you can talk to an RN about whether to call 911 or go back to bed. Verdict: stay home, call social worker on Monday. also she gave me the suicide number but I don't think I need it.

thank you, everybody.

You should really have the bloating looked into, Claradoon. Perhaps go to your primary physician as a starting point.

I understand your reluctance to go to emergency rooms and such.

You have such a fine and fertile mind. What’s making you down?

I am more confused now than after the first post. None of the above seems to make sense. Tylenol and Motrimax are painkillers. Why would they affect bloating or release of fluid?

But the fact of bloating is possibly very serious, so I agree with others who have said this needs follow-up. Are you adequately treating the diabetes? Organ failure can cause fluid retention. You deserve an answer.

At the same time, you can probably wait for Monday morning; don't wait until late in the day to seek medical care though. Good luck, Claradoon.

Claradoon, i'm hoping your blood pressures are ok, because if not, the fluid retention could be a sign of ticker trouble that you may need to address soon.

That is the crux of what I was trying to ask in the first post of this thread. The answer is that I don't know, but it works. As for painkillers, I have a lot of pain all the time and I can't afford to buy a whole mouthful of teeth, for example. Nor can I afford to get the infected one yanked - it's been infected or a year and I think it's taken over my sinus & scalp areas. And my ears. But I *was* in hospital this summer. Um, lemme see, the big concussion was maybe a year ago? Anyway, the nurse might have been only sensible if she brought me those meds for pain.
