What are the best places around the world for a honeymoon?

In my view, these places are perfect for honeymoon - Hawaii Islands, Fiji, Tahiti, Bali. But my favorite destination is Santorini. Undoubtedly, it's one of the most amazing places in the whole world.

Hawaii is great for USA citizens because you aren't leaving the country, but can choose everything from the tacky Waikiki tourist experience to hiking the remote forests of Kauai. Or seeing the lava flows on Hawaii.

Somewhere where showing affection in public won't get you in trouble (it's a honeymoon after all.) And somewhere where women aren't treated as lower beings than men. If it's a same sex couple, pick a place where you're less likely to get in trouble for it.

Other than that, it depends on what the couple likes.

Hawaii was the first state to pass the Equal Rights Amendment.
