If you are like me and have fabric sensitivity and can't tolerate tight/ fitted clothing, I wanted to share a source for comfortable clothes I discovered. Clothing designed for muslim women is intentionally loose and often made from very soft fabrics. I found a company that sells very beautiful clothing (some you couldn't even tell isn't mainstream):

http://www.shukronline.com/

If you click on the "women's" section and then "jersey" that will take you to the softest fabrics. I've bought two beautiful skirts and three tops and for the first time in my life I'm not in pain from my clothes!!

Here are some selections I bought:

The prices are pretty reasonable especially the clearance items!!

Enjoy.

I love cord trousers. Really soft and a great option to jeans. Can wear them in the office and they look really smart. I like ones with the stretch material in them which doesn't make your stomach hurt.

I love these!! These are perfect for me, because I hate showing any amount of skin, it's a major problem for me--I feel so vulnerable and uneasy, especially if someone brushes against my skin--freaks me out! I wear a hoodie in 90 degree humid Louisiana weather.

I visit this store a lot, but because of the value of the canadian dollar, it would be very expensive for me to buy anything.

Another store that I like is

Oh, these look very comfortable -- and they (the first two) look good, aesthetically! Thanks for sharing the link.

I like the second one, it looks very comfortable.
I can't stand tight-fitting clothes, when I wear them all I can think about is taking them off and putting something baggy and soft on.

I hated tight clothes when I was a kid but yet I could wear stretch pants. Mine are mostly loose, same as shirts, but I do wear jeans and shirts that are snug on me. I used to hate tight shirts simply because of my breasts, now I don't care about them.

what I hate most are bras. It's like a torture device. Even sport bras. They hurt my upper sholders so much (I think the trapesius is right?) you know where the straps are, It can even trigger a migraine for me. As soon as I get home I take it off and second to that I put on comfy clothes as I call them, sweats, ahhhh, love my comfies...wish I could wear them to work.

Pretty ladies.........

I think I might be rare. I like to wear baggy clothes, and I prefer hard shirts to soft ones because soft ones are tickly. All the other autistic people I've heard of like soft clothes.

Very nice! I shall have to shop around.
I have a rather hard time with clothes, I cannot stand wool or polyester, and require soft cotton, bamboo, or silk/satin. Tags are an annoyance as well. The skirts of that website look particularly welcoming for me, I'm rather tall (180 cm/6 ft) and finding a long skirt that will comfortably cover my legs without being cumbersome is a rare find for me. Thank you for sharing.
