Just a little girly-girl fun...boys can play, too...but it has to be a dude. Got a crush on a guy in the news? Athlete? Politician? CEO? Criminal?

I have the HUGEST crush on Dmitry Medvedev. He is such a babe and smart and powerful and Russian. Grrrrrrrrrowl!! !

Yowza - he's got me glued to the news out of the G20 Summit.

I got a thang for Sarkozy, too. Must be his hot wife. I mean, how did a guy who looks like that - get her? There's gotta be a reason - besides just the power and brains! :twisted:

Agreed! I LOVE him! I could totally see curling up with him by the fire, drinking some nice wine, and listening to his stories about West Africa, Katrina and Iraq - sans the sex.

But there's a difference in attraction in the fantasy sense and what I would go for in real life. His confidence is sexy. In real life though, my preferred guy isn't about status. I've lived with little to nothing, and I've lived with a lot. I've always preferred to be in the middle. Status is BS to me.

Its no secret that women are "sexually" attracted to powerful guys. That's part of the fun of having a crush on a guy you will never meet, let alone "get it on with". (Especially Gotti - we definitely missed that boat - and his piece-of-shit sons are nothing like him.)

But there's no way in hell I'd actually marry one of these guys!! ! My God, the wife of a politician/criminal would suck! Laura Bush and Michelle Obama are the only ones in recent history in recent history who have pulled that thankless task off. I picture Sarkozy and Carla Bruni having a nightmare-ish break-up in a couple years. Mark my words.

Not-surprisingly, the ones who are sweet "husband material" non-alphas are gay. (I don't know but I think Jeff Corwin might be gay. After watching that special - there was a definite spark. It would be cool if they got together!) :heart:
