1. Do you fit in with your gender role? Ah, probably not so much; while I do some feminine things, I do some masculine things too. A mix, I guess.

2. Are you diagnosed with AS/unsure/curious/NT? Undiagnosed at the moment, but I'm supposed to be "evaluate[d] on [my] autistic tendencies" on Wednesday. We'll see.

3. Are you picky about food/eating? Not really on food; I don't like a few things (peppers, onions, pickles), but other than that, I'm pretty neutral to everything. Eating, on the other hand... I'm pretty picky on the manners associated with that. Audible chewing puts me on edge; chewing with the mouth open has me out of the room. Slurping, making rude noises, ect; ick.

4. Are there any body parts/functions that REALLY bother you? Yep.

5. If you were an X-Men, what mutant power would you have? I've never seen X-Men; I'm not even sure which one does what. I'll say the weather thing, because weather is cool.

6. What is your biggest struggle? Getting things done, usually. (Guess how much I'm procrastinating right now...)

7. What is a trait you have that you feel is an advantage? Um... being able to think.

8. What is your favorite holiday? Does summer vacation count? If so, that. If not, Christmas; it's the next biggest break from school.

9. Do you have any quirky habits others don't understand? Yeah. Comes with it.

10. What setting bothers you the most? People, public places.

11. Do you like a certain channel on TV that others don't appreciate? Ha, yeah. I like a lot of the (non fiction) crime shows; my parents don't like that kinda stuff, and they don't appreciate it when my brother watches a show about prostitutes because I've automatically got it on that channel. But I haven't watched it for a long time now.

12. Do you like surprises or surprise visits from friends or romantic partners? From the former ('friends'); no. From the later (partner); visits would be cool, but, ah, not going to happen.

13. What is your strongest academic subject and weakness? Strongest is English, weakest was gym (throw the ball at me, and I'll stay to one side, let it hit the ground, roll, then consider whether or not I want to do something about it).

14. What are some things you notice that no one else does? Ha, it's what I don't notice that everyone else does. As for I do notice... I see a lot of grammatical errors in things that other people don't. I can pick out inconsistencies in books easily; I'll notice factual errors in things regarding an interest.

15. Do you like animals? What is your favorite animal? Completely. I like dogs and horses best, I think, but I like them all.

16. What fictional character do you relate to the most? I'm not sure.

17. Who is your favorite fictional character? I liked the Chief from One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest

18. What is your favorite type of weather? Stormy.

19. What objects interest you? Books, art, some bottles. Oh, soda caps.

20. What was your first obsession? As far as I can remember, it was horses.

Gee, I hope you aren't all looking at it that way! The Aspie brain is apparently kind of a hybrid, with some strengths that are traditionally male and female. As for interests, sports are not often enjoyed by aspies, and more and more NT women are getting interested in sports. Of course, many other male interests ARE ones aspies can get into.

I love questionnaires :D

1. Do you fit in with your gender role? In some ways, yes, in other ways, no.

2. Are you diagnosed with AS/unsure/curious/NT? Diagnosed AS.

3. Are you picky about food/eating? Extremely.

4. Are there any body parts/functions that REALLY bother you? Not really.

5. If you were an X-Men, what mutant power would you have? I've never watched X-Men so I don't quite understand the question, but, I'd love to have the ability to turn invisible or to fly.

6. What is your biggest struggle? College, Socializing. Life and all that goes with it, I guess.

7. What is a trait you have that you feel is an advantage? My obsessions, because they're my identity and they guide me and help shape my life. If it wasn't for the Animaniacs, I'd never have gone to art college or have even dreamt about it or had any idea what I was going to do with my life.

8. What is your favorite holiday? Usually New Year's Eve because it's my birthday and it means that christmas is pretty much over (I hate Christmas because it lasts so long and people always get nasty at christmas time).

9. Do you have any quirky habits others don't understand? Many.

10. What setting bothers you the most? I don't understand the question.

11. Do you like a certain channel on TV that others don't appreciate? Yes, the documentary channels.

12. Do you like surprises or surprise visits from friends or romantic partners? No, I hate any kind of suprise, even nice ones because you're forced to act enthused and happy. Generally speaking, when I'm happy, I don't show it. This to other's means I'm obviously "not happy". .

13. What is your strongest academic subject and weakness? My strongest subjects are reading and spelling (or used to be, since I left school at 14 and was out of school more times than I was in, my spelling isn't as good as it used to be :(). Weakest is by far maths.

15. Do you like animals? What is your favorite animal? Yes. My favourite animals are dogs and cats.

16. What fictional character do you relate to the most? Lisa Simpson and Wakko Warner, which is quite an odd pair I know  I relate to Lisa because she's smarter than people realise, and rarely listened to by her peers or elders, much like me. I may be naive, but I'm not thick like people seem to think, but, even when I've been proved right many a time, people still refuse to believe anything I say and I relate to Wakko because, well, he's a little "wacky" and naive and so am I .

17. Who is your favorite fictional character? Wakko Warner.

18. What is your favorite type of weather? Tornadoes.

19. What objects interest you? Glass ornaments.

20. What was your first obsession? I'm not quite sure. When I think I've figured it out, I remember another one a few days later. I'm going to have to go with these little decorated porcelain bears that I saw in a magazine once.I just loved them. I would just stare at the picture of them for ages because I was so fascinated by the colours and patterns on them. I begged my mum for one when I was 4, but they were expensive and we couldn't afford it. I've looked everywhere for them and can't find them anywhere. Anyone got any clue what I'm talking about? I'd still love one, now.
