I have a stuffed clown, but he doesn't really help in my dreams, considering how he's third dimensional and all. It's the state of unconscioiusness that I'm scared of returning to.
I don't know how to handle it. I had a terrible nightmare very recently (although I have them quite a bit, this was the worst), that's why I asked. It has messed up my sleep patterns pretty badly.
