I have an amazing autobiographical memory and can name specific dates. It's helpful when my family members need to remember when something happened, but I don't know if it's worth the poor short term memory.

You're creative, obviously, so don't tell us you have no gift. We all do to some degree.

I have a very strong, refined sense of taste, I can basically break something down into the individual components.
I remember lyrics to songs after hearing them once, and can do so for years. (Good for me, annoying to anyone in my car I am comfortable enough to sing around!)
I can read very fast, and have a bad habit of reading at every chance.
I can also recall useless bits of imformation at any time.

I'm good in adobe photoshop is is an program for making art. But any NT can learn that skill though. I can't see any Aspie skills that I have. All the traits of an aspie seem for hurt me instead of help that's why I wish I didn't have it.

I read at a strong pace, and have high memory retention for the book. I'll tell you a characters name, appearance, personality traits, and talents or skills. If I've read it, I can describe it accurately. I'm also pretty good at video games, and I'm a fair writer. One of my articles for a youth paper made it into a large American magazine, Gumbo, and I write poetry and short stories.

I can focus on the subject at hand really well. The only issue is that when i do get sidetracked it's really tough to get back on track.

Since I see the world in black and white I have a set of ethics I will not compromise on. Something fewer and fewer people seem to have nowadays.

Like I said Im good at abode photoshop/ graphic designing. It's like the only thing I really enjoy doing that I could make a career out of. I'm sorta imtimidated about actually pursing it though cuz I don't think my family think it's a good idea. my dad just thinks it's a stupid hobbie of mine and I need to get a real job like workin inside a factory or store/restaurant.

This is my portfolio. I lvoe rap so most of it is signatures of rappers

Music : ) I've always been able to learn an instrument really fast -- as long as I practice and apply myself to it.. Once I stopped by a flea market booth where they were selling dulcimers.. I had never played a dulcimer, but in 5 minutes, I was playing a song and people that stopped by thought I was the owner of the flea market booth and that I was the one selling the dulcimers!! : )

I have learned to play quite a number of instruments and am learning to record them.. hopefully, I'll have some music to add to the Music Forum here soon.. ;)

I have a good memory, especially rote. Short term is average, though.
I also see patterns in multiple choice tests (?!), and that helps me notice when I chose a wrong answer.
I also have the amazing gift that prevents me from noticing that notes are out of tune. It really helps when tuning instruments. Gyahh...
My vocabulary used to be really good (tested college level when I was in fifth grade), but now that I'm in high school it's just good.
Oh, and my brain is like an mp3 player: it plays different songs depending on relevance and my mood. I'm a little synaesthetic [sic?] so songs and musical pieces have certain colors associated with them. (Green and blue songs are especially good; red ones usually get old quickly.)

I used to be amazingly quick at solving anagrams and I was a great Scrabble player. My brain is older now and a little slower.

My Aspie Powers :)

I'm really creative and have an acute sense of hearing. Can hear stuff that no one else can hear or rather, can hear stuff long before anyone else does and they usually have to strain to hear what I can.
