Simple advice for me and you
Sometimes it's good to talk to oneself, I don't know about you but when I wake up and start to think (get anxious about what the day is), when i'm creating the images and sensations at the start of the day - say to yourself 'it's ok', when you start to worry about something it's because you've forgotten, you've forgotten that this worry is part of your AS. say 'it's ok' and laugh, this is what we do, turn it around, talk to yourself about it.
When these worries pop into my head, I forget who I am, I forget these worries are meaningless, the important thing for me is remembering, that 'it's ok'
What you need to do is create a reaction thought to when you recognise the worry, when you recognise it you know 'it's ok'.

When I'm not feeling too good I usually write my feeling down, it helps, even if it's just for you.
It could constitute as 'talking to yourself', I think, but I don't see anything pathological about it.
