Soft-spoken people. If they get too loud, I get a bit wary and distance myself a bit.

People who have the same interests, and are VERY interested in them I've found are the easiest to talk to. It's pretty amazing that for many of them that's pretty much all you talk about with them, but still it's awesome. Like your videogame friend or your music friend or your random useless facts friend. It's hard to have a friend if you don't have that one big thing to talk about!

I like kind, outgoing and talkative people.
Since I'm very quiet and shy, I can't really have other shy people as friends, or else we'll just sit there being quiet.
With outgoing people, they talk and talk and talk, and I listen. I am perfectly fine with that. I don't talk much.

But I hate the people who keep trying to get me to talk. They keep saying, "Why don't you talk? Aren't you bored? You should talk more."
And in my head I am thinking at them, "If I wanted to speak, then I would! So leave me alone! :x "

I like people who say what they mean and mean what they say, and I also like people who treat me with respect.

I ussually like people who like what I like.

I like movies a lot so if anyone else seems to have a passion for them I pretty much like them. But not always. Also if someone is funny.

But I like most people all around unless they are just a jerk to me. The problem is the feeling is rarely mutual.

That shouldn't be too much of a problem here. :)

People who:
-share at least one of my main interests and are knowledgeable about it
-share my sense of humor
-would rather be honest than polite
-treat other people like equals, not superiors or subordinates

I like most people for something and have a selection of close and not so close friends who are all very different. I prefer honest people and its easier to get along with friends if they have the same kinds of hobbies too.

1. Dead people; they're a quiet and peaceful bunch
2. The ones who leave me alone

People who are genuine - I'd rather talk to someone who disagreed with me and said so than to someone who pretended to agree with me "just to get along" but really didn't.

People who are extrovert enough to steer me through social situations, but are not flaky & shallow.

People with high IQ's who I can relate to on an intellectual level.

People who aren't too perfect - they make me feel inferior!

People who are creative and have a vivid imagination.

I tend to not like people much in general as a species. However, there are some that have earned my undying love. Can't think of what their outstanding qualities might be at the moment. Prolly their most outstanding characteristic is that they annoy me less than other people.

People who share my love of animals, especially cats, nice people and people with whom I can have a conversation about a variety of things.

People who like to talk about deeper subjects, i can listen to knowledgable people for hours. I cannot stand people that talk about nothing but innane things or hero worshipping famous people.

I'm not sure what sort of people NTs are supposed to prefer. I have noticed, however, that the most popular people are not necessarily the people who are most liked, which is rather odd. Quite a lot of the time they appear to be people whom others wish to emulate. In the social pecking order, there are those who can give a promotion through mere proximity. I really have no interest in the social pecking order, and therefore am not particularly drawn to these people. However, I wonder if their friends actually like them all that much. A lot of different people seem to have approximately the same amount of friendship in their lives, whether diluted across a large number of people, or concentrated in just a few.
