what treatments are there? have people tried any dietary/ nutrional treatments? i imagine most stuff relates only to kind of off shoots- depression, anxiety etc. any reccomendations?? im really opposed to prescription drugs, having seen it wreck so many people i know.

also- ive been out of work for years, as i really find it so hard to be around other people daily. how do other people with this aspects of AS manage it?? sometimes im worse- but i cant find any triggers, commonality to it...

is that normal? do other people ALWAYS react the same way to things, or are they better/worse at different times?
somtimes im relativly (relativly!) normal, but i feel really hopeless when i think of the future.
opinions, please!?
:D

I am trying the gfcf diet. I have been doing it for 10 days and I'm not sure if it's making any difference, but my eczema has all gone!

I work as a custodian, at my job we are all assigned a separate building so we work alone. I am assigned all floors, I'm the whole floor crew. :)

I used to do part time security work too, working second or third shift alone.
