Holy crap, he said autism was a fake disease by children who haven't been told to cut the act out. When I just saw it I was amazed that someone who's supposed to be a talk show host and know so much about things is actually so stupid in thinking that autistic kids can be fixed by having a father telling them to "cut the act out"... wow, what a loser. Just thought I'd share this with you all in case you all didn't know it.

Right-wing talk show hosts aren't supposed to know anything. It actually makes their job as mouthpiece for the Republican party easier if they're hideously ill-informed.

Who is this guy, and why should we care???

Granted, ignorance can be a pisser, but what makes this guy so special?

Savage is closer to Stern than Limbaugh or Ingraham. He says offensive things for ratings. He's a disgrace.

Talk show hosts(and I dont mean Mr. Savage) are not to be taken as authorities on anything.

MAN, do you have that WRONG! HECK, I once said that people should vote Carter out of office, and they(DEMOCRATS) said Reagan was a racist WAR MONGER who would bring back the draft! With Clinton, I wish I kept track of all the lies. There are too many to list here, from the fact that he passed a law that aent AGAINST the environment regarding Area 51, he rescinded banking laws that have been in place since 1933 to prevent collapse, etc.... How about that he created that surplus! It was a BUDGET surplus, and was created when BUSH was in office. Or that interest rates fell. They were falling BEFORE he took office! Or that the economy was so great. Things got worse BEFORE he left office, and we would have had the worst depression in all of history if the curbs REAGAN put in after 1987 didn't keep kicking in to mitigate the horrible fall in the stock market. Have you heard about the WHOPPERS Hillary said, including that she was AGAINST the war!? When I was in the post office I heard a LOT of democrats saying what many did, that Perot made his money from oil! "After all, he IS from TEXAS!"! He made his money from seed and COMPUTERS! TO THIS DAY he runs Perot Systems(or did he sell THAT too), which was created after the company that really made him RICH (EDS), which he sold to GM. THAT was after he was one of the best salespeople IBM had! Minorities think the DEMOCRAT party is for them even though the REPUBLICAN party was started against slavery, and the democrats like to keep people down so they can promise them easy entry to the us or more "entitlements", to increase their ability to be elected. Democrats have even claimed there are NO minority or women republicans, even though there have been BOTH!

And you dare to imply that REPUBLICANS are misinformed? The fact is that ALL politicians have lied, and DEMOCRATS have told some of the biggest whoppers!

As for the JERK you are referring to, he is just an IDIOT! You DO have to admit though, that AS and sometimes Autism, is somewhat invisible. You see a kid entering a store that suddenly has a fit, and really have to wonder. I have heard you, have similar sensitivities, and can imagine them being worse, and see how you can REALLY be telling the truth. I generally NEVER go near the stores with gaudy neon, because it bothers me so much. I used to NEVER go near ANY stores with neon. I ALSO HATED flourescent lights. Unfortunately, schools had a lot of them. Those IDIOTS may simply have fallen for the lie that everyone has the same basic sensitivities.

Can you imagine kids having enough talent to fake something like Asperger's Syndrome. That would be quite an act deserving of an Academy Award IMO.

I just heard this guy's comments! His comments were every bit as bad as Imus'! If only it were really that simple. I can remember as a kid that I just needed to "snap out of it." Um yeah right....if I could have turned off what was *wrong* with me, I would have! However, it's not something that can be faked. I have found that most radio talk show hosts are full of hot air. Most of them will say anything just to hear themselves talk!

I think he’s an opportunist racist homophobic bigot. Most of his listeners either have to be bigots themselves or people who listen just to get a chuckle out of the outrageous crap he spews. But he doesn’t even have the charm of someone like Ann Coulter. I frankly don’t see what his appeal is.
