It looks odd to NTs, and as we all know, most NTs can't stand anything different from the "norm" and will do anything in their power to pressure you to stop. However, the human foot isn't designed to walk on tiptoes, so there is a possibility that you could be doing harm; be careful.
I used to walk on my toes when I was a child. I don't remember why. I don't remember when or why I stopped doing it, either.
