I'm in-between extreme like and dislike of water.
I don't mind getting soaked. I don't get cold. And I don't mind being all-wet.
I cannot be partly be in contact with water however. Drizzling is a sensory nightmare.
I hate all the panicking bustle when it starts raining, because the emotional behaviour confuses me as I cannot foresee it. And I cannot see and hear or touch through rain, so I'm doubly disadvantaged.
If it's bucketing down in the middle of the city where there are thousands of people, I don't like it.
If it is bucketing on the countryside where there is no house and no person in sight, I totally adore it.
I like it best to be alone when I enjoy something like rain.
Other people's views only get in my way.
During holidays as a young kid, I was hiking through the countryside in the hottest summer with family. There were only cows and countless gates that had to be opened and closed on our way. Suddenly, it started to rain so badly, it took only a minute or so until all our clothes were soaked completely. Even the shoes.
It was awesome.
