spokane_girl - no one is made fun of or put down due to their aspergers on lunchbox. that kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable.
i found this thread through a google search, and i have to say i'm a bit surprised at what i see here. my brother-in-law has aspergers, and i know several other people both online and in real life who do; the only people with aspergers who have been attacked at lunchbox are hannah capps (and i'm sure you've all heard of the damage she's done to the public image of the asperger's community; if not, check out the encyclopedia dramatica) and christinacsb, who was never attacked FOR her aspergers, but her general asshattery on the board and her refusal to accept that what she did was hurtful. there are several members who are open about their aspergers, and not one of them has ever been made to feel uncomfortable for it.
i'm truly sorry if you feel that the best way to prove that people with aspergers are awesome is to post browser-crashing links. fortunately, the registration at lunchbox has been completely closed and you will be unable to do so. i hope that any of you who DO struggle with eating disorders will be able to find the support you need, the way many already have at lunchbox. i also hope that those of you who are promoting aspergers awareness succeed, so people in general can start to understand more about the spectrum.
for the record, and to be explicitly clear - the members of lunchbox are NOT hostile towards people with aspergers. the only people we get hostile towards are ones who threaten the privacy and confidentiality of the board or go out of their way to hurt other members.
voi vittu kun oot niin hyvä,ettet ole muka tehnyt mitään ja nyt tulee ne kyyneleet!
en enää nosta sua tuosta,valheiden ja paskan suosta sä ehkä sinne uponnet!
also unfortunally u fail closing registeration (extra points if u can understand that
)
